Here's one more drawing up for sale that I just finished. I don't know how many people know this, but I used to be horribly obsessed with dragons when I was in high school. It was only during my senior year that wolves began to take over my psyche, but I still love dragons and simply do not draw them enough. I am thinking I will probably do a colored version of this one as well in the near future ^.^ This one is priced slightly higher since those scales are a bitch to draw! I have a new crop of original drawings up for grabs!

A few of these are the -original- sketches of the full color versions, cleaned up and signed, ready for a home! I originally sketch my work out on Bristol and color them from there. Sometimes, though, the positioning of things is off and I have to use a light table to transfer the image to another piece of Bristol to finish it.. These are the leftover absolutely -original- sketches of these pieces!

Otherwise, these are completely new drawings I have finished recently, pieces that will likely never get colored, nor will they be reproduced as prints. Think of these as loose sketchbook pages ^.^

Everything is signed, sprayed with fixative to protect the art, and does not come with any additional text (for those that ask). Prices -do not- include shipping! For those that don't watch my DA, here's a quick little piece I did the other day. I am intrigued lately with watercoloring sketches, and so I decided to spiff up an old pose I had lying around. This is what came out of that. I love it because it's different than my "norm" , even though it's incomplete and rough around the edges. I definitely am liking this style/technique!

I'm having a hard time creating lately, and that amounts to much frustration. So I end up scribbling snarlies (my "cutesy" term for werewolves) to help ease that creative tension and help get me back on track. So these guys are all you get for Halloween this year. Enjoy!

Want or DO NOT WANT, being bitten to be changed would not be much fun.

Just a couple of really sketchy snarlies to vent some frustration.

These small pieces are watercolor and colored pencil on Bristol paper (which is like card stock).and sprayed with a fixative to protect them. Badges can have a name on them or not, your choice. These are full color, -single- character (bust only), -simple- backgrounds. Since my time to do these has become seriously constrained, I cannot promise any sort of time frame on these, however I will be working on these as much as possible. Payment in full is expected up front, and price -does not- include $6 shipping world wide. I will not start on any of these small commissions until I receive your payment. Sorry, I cannot "hold" any slots without a payment, however once you pay for your commission your slot is in stone and you can send a description whenever you like. I accept PayPal*, credit/debit card or money order.

Additionally, if you would like a small commission, but aren't keen on the sizes above, I -will- do a different size for you based on the square inches. I charge $6.50 per square inch (rounded up) from 8" square to 16" square. Sandra and I finally did it! Announcing the opening of the Wolfsisters Creations Retail/Outlet Store in Hill City, South Dakota! XD

We've been kicking the idea around for years, and it seems like the Universe thought the time was right so through a series of serendipitous events, we have a store!

We are located on Main Street in Hill City in the Old World Plaza. We are unit #2 We will be posting pictures of the place on the Wolfsisters website once we get our signs up and we can take some good pictures.

Right now it is just Sandra and I, but we fully plan on featuring stuff from some of our favorite artists and friends! This store will be highly unique, creative, and full of wonderful stuff!

Helping out a friend

Getting some advertising out there for my beloved soul brother/friend Wolf of Samhain who makes wonderful jewelry out of naturally shed wolf fur.

EDIT: Thank you to all of you who helped get the word out about the county BS up at WOLF sanctuary! It appears the matter of the fencing has been resolved with some clarification from the county, but that also leaves many questions still open. However, the sanctuary is safe for now!

Starfeather Auction

For those that didn't see this on my DA, this is a new thing I am trying out. I call them "Starfeathers". Imitation Eagle, Hawk, and Owl feathers will be hand-painted with various designs and wrapped and tasseled with yarn. Each will have a "star" at the tip, which is a Swarovski crystal, as well as a Swarovski crystal dangle.

This is my first one of these, a Blue Peacock Star Eagle Feather. It is currently up for bid on Ebay starting at $35. Please check it out if you are interested in owning this beautiful feather!
